Yoga Therapy Program
When you join the Adore Yoga Therapy Program, you’ll enjoy the best possible care in a safe, nurturing and professional environment. The program has 3 parts:
1. Private Yoga Therapy Session
You will meet with an experienced Yoga Therapist who will take the time to understand your individual health concerns. Your Yoga Therapist will then assess the best techniques to help you manage your health and create a personalised yoga routine that targets your individual needs.
2. Home Practice
Once you have mastered your personalised routine under the guidance of your teacher, you can start to practice at home. It only takes 15 minutes of simple yoga each day to make a big difference to your health.
3. Group Yoga Therapy Classes
After your Private Yoga Therapy Session, you’re ready to join a Group Yoga Therapy Class where you will practice your own personal routine, assisted by an expert yoga teacher, in a supportive and motivating group environment.
