Pink Yoga classes combine gentle movement, relaxation and meditation with teachers who have been specially trained to adapt yoga for people with cancer. These classes are offered at hospitals and community venues around Sydney. Contact us for details.

FREE Yoga Relaxation Recording
Yoga Nidra (or 'Yogic Sleep') is a highly effective technique that combines deep relaxation with meditation. It can help with many of the symptoms associated with cancer and it's treatment, including sleep disorders, fatigue, anxiety, nausea and aches and pains. Listen to your free recording here:

Pink Yoga Therapy
Pink Yoga Therapy offers personalised support and practical tools to help you manage your journey with cancer. Pink Yoga Therapy includes private yoga therapy sessions (including an individually designed yoga practice, relaxation and meditation) and an illustrated home practice ($130). $20 from every Pink Yoga Therapy session is donated to Cancer Council NSW. Fundraising for Cancer Council NSW
Adore Yoga has raised over $35,000 for research in to women's cancers through Cancer Council NSW since 2013Learn more here.

Many recent studies have demonstrated that therapeutic Yoga & Meditation are powerful modalities that have multiple benefits for women with cancer.

“Evidence: Clinical research has shown that yoga may improve sleep, decrease stress and enhance quality of life. The focus on breathing may also help reduce pain” Cancer Council

“Evidence: Many clinical studies have shown that relaxation is beneficial for people undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other cancer treatments. It can help to reduce anxiety, stress and tension, physical pain and discomfort, fatigue and depression. Studies on meditation have also shown it benefits patients with cancer by enhancing physical relaxation and mood and improving sleep, symptoms of stress, self esteem and general well-being.” Cancer Council
