Think you're too old or unfit to do yoga? This is the class for you! Our friendly, expert teachers will welcome you to class and help you enjoy all the health benefits of yoga. No flexibility or fitness needed, Live Long and Strong is for people of all ages and abilities. You don't even need to wear yoga clothes - just turn up wearing whatever makes you feel comfortable. This class combines gentle stretching and strength work to improve posture, balance and mobility so you can live a long, strong and happy life.


This class is designed to help you gently strengthen and stretch your muscles to ease away aches and pains. You'll feel more balanced, calm and confident.

LEVEL: Gentle
