WHAT TO EXPECT:

You're never too old, stiff, unfit, large, small or uncoordinated to start yoga and you'll enjoy a warm welcome at our Beginners classes! These classes are the perfect way to ease yourself gently into yoga - even if you have an injury or limited mobility. When you take a Beginners class at Adore, you'll learn the fundamentals of yoga including simple alignment, gentle movements, relaxation and breathing techniques. Because classes are small, the teachers adapt each class to the needs of each student. There's no 'one-size-fits-all' and everything you do will be tailored to meet your individual needs.

BENEFITS:

You'll learn how to practice yoga safely and effectively, following gentle modifications that change the postures to fit YOUR body, not the other way around. The techniques you will learn will improve your strength, flexibility and bring a sense of greater clam and clarity.

Our 10 week beginners classes have 6 students per class.
