WHAT TO EXPECT:

A fusion of yoga and pilates mat work, you will experience a variety of techniques that are designed to work specifically on the core back and abdominal muscles. Targeted movements and breathing exercises will help you to identify and work on key areas that will support your posture, spine and healthy movement.

BENEFITS:

You will strengthen the core abdominal and back muscles required for good posture and back health. You will experience greater strength and mobility throughout your body from exercises that are designed to combat poor posture, back pain and general core weakness. The gentle yoga stretches will help you to lengthen your muscles, relieving aches and pains and leaving you feeling relaxed and toned.
