An excellent introduction to yoga for new or returning students. You will learn the basic philosophy, postures and breathing techniques of yoga in a warm and supportive environment.
These very popular classes are great for beginners as well as those with a bit of experience. You’ll enjoy some flowing movements, a sequence of standing poses, seated postures and even some lying-down poses. Your teacher will bring your attention to your breath and alignment throughout the class and end with a delicious relaxation.
Our Intermediate classes are for students who already know their asana from their elbows. You’ll be challenged with a deeper level of practise that incorporates all eight ‘limbs’ of yoga, moving beyond straightforward physical postures.
A strong and challenging class for students who have been practising yoga for a minimum of 6 months. This level is not suitable for beginners or students with injuries/medical conditions.
This is an energetic style that focuses on flowing vinyasa (movement from pose to pose) and provides a challenge for the body while paying close attention to the breath. Yoga in Mosman has never been so much fun!

Yoga is perfect for pregnant women (ask your teacher – she’s a mum too!) From conception to the day your precious baby arrives, yoga will give you the tools to enjoy a healthy pregnancy and birth. It’s also a great way to connect with other mums-to-be in the Mosman area.
