Founder and Principal Teacher at Adore, Nikola has been practising yoga since 1991 and teaching since 2002. She has studied yoga in the UK, India and Australia with teachers including TKV Desikachar, Kausthub Desikachar, Michael de Manincor, Mark Breadner, Ani Pema Chodron and Donna Farhi. Nikola is a Level 3 teacher with Yoga Australia and an ERYT500+ teacher with Yoga Alliance, the most senior level teacher with both these accrediting bodies. She is a yoga teacher-trainer and mentor who honours the principles of Viniyoga, aiming to provide each individual student with a practice that is appropriate to their needs. Nikola’s classes place a strong emphasis on the breath, combining body and breathwork to develop clarity, strength and balance.
Kevin began meditating in 1978 and did his first Yoga class in 1980. A graduate of Nature Care College in both Shiatsu and the Advanced Diploma of Health (Yoga Teaching), he has enjoyed studying with with Michael de Manincor, Donna Farhi, Sydney Yoga Space, The Yoga Temple and Synergy Yoga. Kevin has also travelled in India, visiting Ashrams and Buddhist monasteries.

Maurice is a passionate surfer and yogi. He is a graduate of the Qi Yoga Teacher Training Diploma and teaches his own unique style of dynamic hatha yoga as well as the popular Astanga style.
Joan Miller takes yoga back to its authentic roots, using the traditional practices of Hatha Yoga to help her students develop spiritual and physical awareness. Certified by over five nationally and internationally recognised bodies, member of Australia’s governing Yoga organization, the YTAA and Accredited Journey Therapist, Joan is a highly qualified and experienced Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist and Reiki Master.
For the past nine years, Truth has studied and taught yoga in India, Thailand, the UK and Australia. He has trained in an eclectic mix of styles including Ashtanga, Power, Iyengar, Sivananda and Satyananda yoga. This is reflected in his inspiring classes that offer a comprehensive physical practise as well as the opportunity to look deeper into the individual and develop profound inner stillness. Sarah's interest in yoga began as a child copying poses from her Grandmother's books! 12 years ago she left her job as an Underwriter in London to begin her real journey in yoga. Training in America and Asia with yoga masters such as Dharma Mittra, Rodney Yee, Twee Merrigan and Sarah and Ty Powers, Sarah is now a Certified Yin/Yang yoga teacher, Level 2 Yoga Alliance teacher and a Level 2 member of Yoga Australia. As a mother of 2, Sarah is also passionate about using yoga to support women during pregnancy. Having lived half her life in the East with an English mother and Chinese father, the principles of Yin/Yang yoga come naturally to her and are reflected in the balance that she brings to her teaching. Brooke is a Pre-natal Yoga specialist who completed her teacher training at Samadhi Yoga in Newtown. Incorporating her yoga training with her skills as a qualified Doula (birth assistant), Brooke equips women with the vital tools for pregnancy, birth and early motherhood. Passionate about guiding women and their partners through the birthing process, Brooke is also an accredited Infant Massage instructor and member of the YTAA.

A Mosman girl, Lucy completed her yoga teacher training with Anne Lewis and specialises in both gentle and dynamic hatha yoga. She has a passion for sharing yoga and meditation with her students and specialises in working in personalised, one on one settings.
Liz first discovered yoga when she moved to Manly from the UK. Ten years on, she is an Australian citizen with two beautiful Aussies of her own. Motherhood was the trigger for Liz to take her yoga studies further and having completed her Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Diploma at Qi Yoga in Manly, she is now a member of the Yoga Australia. Liz wants to share her love of yoga with everyone she meets; but only when they are ready!
Kylie's yoga journey began with some major life changes - leaving the corporate world and becoming a mother. She now shares the emotional and physical benefits of yoga with her students, incorporating Dru Yoga techniques into her gentle and accessible classes. Kylie is a professional singer and makes extensive use of breath work, song and visualisation in her classes. As a single mother, Kylie understands the challenges of finding balance in every day life and is committed to helping her students achieve that balance through yoga. Kylie is a graduate of the 350 hour Qi Teacher Training course.
Kimberley, a certified Iyengar teacher, has been teaching yoga for ten years. She has trained extensively with leading yoga teachers in Europe, Australia and in India at BKS Iyengar's Institute in Pune.With a warm heart and emphasis on correct alignment, Kimberley guides students in a fun, safe and healthy yoga practice that is suitable for everyone.
