Workshop Description

A New Way to Learn and Teach Yoga

"My advice to anyone who may be hesitating is to do the course with Adore Yoga. All of the teachers were caring, inspiring and knowledgeable and never failed to make everyone feel welcomed and accepted. I do not know if I would have had this experience anywhere else. I feel incredibly grateful to have been guided through the course with professional, caring and genuine teachers and like-minded students. Your age, size and physical capabilities are welcomed. The course content was holistic and grounding and I feel I was able to grasp a solid understanding of the widespread content the course covered including philosophy, anatomy, asana, pranayama, meditation and more. This course is ethical, thorough and genuine. It has invited a lot of change for me that I will always be grateful for. It has been an absolute gift to be a part of this 200 hour group and I will definitely be back studying with Adore Yoga again soon!"

Jaclyn Jauhiainen, 2016 Graduate

Have you thought about becoming a yoga teacher, but worried you weren't fit or flexible enough? If you think yoga teacher training is only for people who can do perfect poses, think again. Adore Yoga welcomes and celebrates yoga teachers and students of all ages, sizes, shapes and abilities.

Our next 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Course begins on 12th Feb 2017 and this Info Session will introduce you to our unique approach to yoga teacher training.
You'll learn how to work WITH students to meet their individual needs, rather than just telling them how to make shapes with their bodies. Whether you are planning to make a career teaching yoga, or just want to deepen your own understanding of yoga's vast potential, this course will guide you through the practice, philosophy and power of yoga in a nurturing, small-group environment. It's the way yoga was meant to be.

During this 90 minute Info Session you will:

  • Experience a mini-yoga class in the Adore Yoga style
  • Meet the principal teachers
  • Learn how the 2017 course is structured (starting 12 Feb)
  • Ask all your questions about yoga and teacher training
  • Participate in competitions, giveaways and the opportunity to win a scholarship!

Who's Going?

People like you who want to learn and share do-able yoga in small groups and private classes, regardless of age, body type and physical ability. We also welcome members of the helping professions who want to add yoga to their tool-box, including life coaches, social workers, counsellors/psychologists, naturopaths, massage therapists and educators.
