What’s it all about?
At 10am on Sunday 20th October, hundreds of yogis (along with their sisters, brothers, kids, mums and dads!) will join hands at the Spit Reserve in Mosman to create a chain of support for women with breast cancer.

Why are we doing it?

We’re celebrating our 10th Birthday at Adore Yoga this year and we decided to celebrate this milestone by partnering with the Cancer Council to give something back to our community. Many of our students at Adore have experienced breast cancer and it has been a privilege to support them during their journey. Yoga has been shown in many studies to provide valuable benefits to women going through breast cancer and we felt this was an important opportunity to give back to our community.
